Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the baking powder, sugar, and salt until evenly combined.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:
